Seasonal Job Opportunities

We're seeking talented individuals to join our seasonal team as Seasonal Guest Advocates, Seasonal General Merchandise Experts, Seasonal Fulfillment Experts, Seasonal Style Consultants, Seasonal Inbound Experts, and Seasonal Food & Beverage Experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment
  • Support sales floor operations, including stocking, setting, and selling products
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve business goals and deliver on sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and maintain a high level of product expertise
  • Adhere to Target's safety and security protocols
Requirements
  • Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
  • Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
