Job Overview

This key role within the Sales organization will drive thought leadership and support BlueTriton Brands sales initiatives at key strategic customers. You will be responsible for developing trusting partnerships with key decision makers and delivering compelling sales stories that drive brand and category growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop partnerships with key customers to increase breadth and depth of influence
  • Lead and participate in preparation of line reviews and ongoing customer meetings
  • Responsible for development and delivery of compelling sales stories and presentations in support of BlueTriton Brands key strategies
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth with assigned customers
  • Leverage customer-specific and marketplace data to provide strategic and tactical recommendations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of CPG experience; 3+ years of Category Management experience preferred
  • Experience with customer loyalty databases and Syndicated Data sources
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw meaningful insight from data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary Range

$78,668 - $90,071 per year. This role is eligible for a 15% annual bonus.
