Expense Management and Reporting

Moran Environmental Recovery is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Expense Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing employee expense reimbursement reports in Concur Expense and posting to accounts payable system.

You will also be responsible for accurate and timely capture of Corporate Credit Card activity, including monitoring compliance with Company Card and Purchasing Policy guidelines. Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact for user support and follow-up on vendor inquiries and A/P vendor statements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
