Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Care Coordinator to join our team at Red Rock Behavioral Health Services. As a Child Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare in a developmentally appropriate and safe environment. You will participate in activities with children and staff, and contribute to a positive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Federal Regulations regarding participant and record protection.
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and concerns for the program and families.
  • Participate in required orientation and training, and implement information into the program.
  • Attend supervision meetings as set by the Clinic Director.
  • Develop and implement activities for children, including crafts, story time, and songs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized child care area.
  • Work closely with the Office Manager to maintain the daily schedule for child care.
  • Maintain the health and safety of the child care area.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in child care.
  • Experience with trauma-informed care.
  • Flexible and demonstrates patience and sensitivity to participant needs.
  • Commitment to the mission of Red Rock Behavioral Health Services.
