VASA Fitness is seeking a dedicated and caring Child Care Attendant to join our team. As a Child Care Attendant, you will be responsible for the care and well-being of the children of our mini members and guests during their stay with VASA Fitness.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and general upkeep of the childcare area, adhering to internal policy and procedures to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our KidCare facilities.
- Engage with Children and Families: Greet guests, members, and mini members by name, engage with them in a positive manner, and ensure mini members are participating in fun and entertaining activities.
- Monitor and Maintain Safety: Follow the checking in and out procedure to ensure the safety of our mini members, interact with each mini member, and monitor all children during their stay.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous Experience in Child Care or Education
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
