The Job: As a Beauty Sales Professional at Sally Beauty, you will play a critical role in driving sales and customer engagement. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with customers, recommending products, and informing them of current promotions and events.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales growth: Meet or exceed sales targets through effective product recommendations and customer engagement.
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience and receive excellent customer service.
  • Product knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to make informed recommendations.

What We Offer: Competitive salary $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
