Job Description

This Cardiorenal Sales Specialist Hybrid position plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by building relationships with key stakeholders, such as cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology, primary care, pharmacy staff, and hospital systems within an assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing professional relationships and fostering strong partnerships
  • Driving utilization of approved cardiovascular products
  • Leveraging expertise in diabetes, nephrology, and CVD to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges
  • Communicating insights to internal stakeholders
  • Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists based on opportunity and potential
  • Anticipating potential barriers to achieving goals and proposing responsible solutions for success
  • Establishing long-standing relationships with key customers and possessing in-depth knowledge of disease states, key drivers, influencers, and prescribing patterns within their territory

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree
  • Proven pharmaceutical sales experience
  • A track record of consistent high performance
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, promoting ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and applicable laws
  • Ability to comply with customer credentialing and safety requirements

Location: Residence-based in the US, covering Hartford, CT, and up to Worcester and Springfield, MA. Candidates must live within the territory or within a reasonable commute.
