Account Management Executive

At Jobot, we're committed to innovation and excellence. We're seeking a talented Account Management Executive to join our team and contribute to our success. As an Account Management Executive, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, identifying and converting sales opportunities, and managing and growing existing customer accounts.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a strong background in sales, business development, and account management. You'll work closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue goals.
- 2. Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities within the engineering sector.
- 3. Manage and nurture existing customer accounts to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- 4. Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to improve our sales process and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- 5. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the engineering industry to better understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- 6. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote our brand.
- 7. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the engineering industry.
- 3. Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- 4. Strong knowledge of automation, machinery, printing, and document solutions.
- 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- 8. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- 9. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
