We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in Moorestown, New Jersey for an Entry Level Financial Analyst. This role is within the financial industry and will involve working closely with various accounting software systems and financial services.


Responsibilities:


• Proficiently operate Excel for financial data management

• Learn and execute reconciliations of financial documents

• Participate in budget processes and capital management

• Perform various accounting functions, including accrual accounting

• Conduct auditing tasks to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

• Maintain and update financial records through the ADP - Financial Services platform.

• Entry-level position, no prior work experience required

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services would be beneficial

• Should be competent in using CRM platforms

• Should be familiar with various Accounting Functions

• Understanding of Accrual Accounting is important

• Experience with Auditing procedures would be advantageous

• Knowledge of Budget Processes is necessary

• Understanding of Capital Management principles is expected
