Job Title: Assistant Manager

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales results, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Drives Sales: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Ensure seamless integration of online and offline channels, providing a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring a well-organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, inventory management, and stockroom organization.
  • Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management: Manage staffing levels, create schedules, and oversee payroll processes.
  • Training and Development: Provide coaching and training to sales associates, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with store teams, management, and corporate partners to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.
  • Asset Protection: Identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring the safety and security of customers and employees.
Requirements:
  • Experience: One year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, inclusion and diversity awareness, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team building skills, self-starter, strong interpersonal and communication skills, drive to achieve results, adaptability, flexibility, and multi-tasking.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
