Job DescriptionAt Clean Juice Corporate, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the Multi-Unit Manager in operating a Clean Juice location. Your primary focus will be on creating a premium guest experience, managing COGS and labor, implementing scheduling, team development and retention, and in-store marketing. You will also be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a positive store culture while building a pipeline of inspired team members to grow within our brand.   • Guest Experience: Ensure our guests receive a quality guest experience through Smile, Speed, and Service.

  • Team Development: Continually educate the team and guests about our products and services.

  • Store Operations: Proactively live the Clean Juice Core Values and culture, drive sales to meet or exceed company goals, and grow your team through strong training, development, and coaching.

  • Facility and Operational Responsibilities: Assist in managing COGS, minimize waste through proper training, portion control, and inventory management. Ensure the facility and all equipment are maintained to company standards regarding cleanliness and regular maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Experience: Prior management experience preferred.

  • Skills: Basic math skills, ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time, willingness to work with heavy machinery, and ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
