Position Responsibilities

We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Marketing Associate to enhance our operations. This role will work in close collaboration with various internal teams to devise and implement marketing strategies aimed at fostering business growth and enhancing customer engagement. Ideal candidates will possess experience in a service-oriented industry, proficiency in marketing tools, and a passion for innovation within the life sciences sector.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to articulate clear value propositions and messaging for life sciences solutions.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
  • Leverage AI marketing tools to improve campaign targeting, personalization, and performance.
  • Apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and boost online visibility.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms, including social media, whitepapers, blogs, and case studies.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing plans and schedules.
  • Support web development initiatives to enhance the company's online presence.
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and webinars, managing all logistics and promotional materials.
  • Assist sales and business teams in lead generation through effective marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences community.
  • Represent PSC Biotech at industry events and conferences as needed.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting marketing efforts for a service provider organization.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience, preferably in life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of web development, graphic design, and promotional content creation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and AI marketing tools.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate marketing initiatives across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
