Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with facilities repair and maintenance in a complex retail setting
- Experience with ServiceChannel or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily work order volumes and maintain proactive communication with maintenance teams and brand leadership.
- Analyze data to identify trends and cost drivers, proposing necessary adjustments to support business goals.
- Understand and monitor current business KPIs, developing actions to achieve them.
- Review and assess vendor performance through system-generated reports, providing constructive feedback.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance vendor responsiveness, minimize repair times, and reduce overall costs.
- Utilize various reporting tools to identify trends that support overall brand performance.
