Peak Living is seeking a qualified Community Manager to support and assist in all aspects of community operations.

Under the direction of the Regional Manager, the Community Manager will supervise all community associates, ensure compliance with tax credit requirements, and support customer service and leasing standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising community associates
  • Ensuring tax credit compliance
  • Supporting customer service and leasing standards
  • Responding to resident requests and resolving issues
  • Directing marketing efforts
  • Preparing lease agreements and renewal letters
  • Reviewing resident files and accounting records
  • Preparing reports and tracking spreadsheets
  • Directing resident activities and loyalty programs
  • Improving efficiency, productivity, and profitability
  • Researching market conditions and adjusting rental rates
  • Collecting and depositing rents and security deposits

Qualifications include:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • College education, CAM or ARM certification preferred
  • Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation preferred
  • Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to communicate in English
