Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic customer service representative to join our team at HYSPECO. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize catalog data and hydraulic knowledge to troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions.
  • Identify common customer pain points and collaborate with the team to develop effective solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest service and product knowledge through regular meetings with sales leads.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, including products and service questions, general information, and complaints.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and empathize with customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer-facing experience a plus.
