Job SummaryThe Bus Attendant/Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to passengers at the KCI Rental Car Shuttle. This position requires a friendly and cheerful demeanor, with a strong ability to communicate effectively in English. The CSR will assist passengers with directions, information, and assistance with luggage, mobility devices, and other needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and courteous assistance to passengers, including answering questions and providing directions.
- Assist passengers with luggage, mobility devices, and other needs.
- Monitor and operate a 2-way radio in a noisy environment.
- Dispatch buses from the RAC or terminal in a timely manner.
- Provide carts to alighting RAC guests when necessary.
- Assist in keeping the work and passenger areas in safe, neat, and clean conditions.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift (8 to 10 hours) on concrete surfaces.
- Ability to work in a hot, cold, and/or humid environment, in or out of doors.
- Lift baggage on/off the bus(es) up to 80 lbs. in weight.
- Push/Pull luggage carts in the Customer Service Facility and retrieve them lots, lobby, and busing area.
- Ability to safely assist in maneuvering mobility devices on/off the bus and to the Rental Car Customer Service Counters.
