Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans for each resident, taking into account their unique needs and goals.
- Lead and Manage Nursing Staff: Supervise and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting the needs of our residents.
- Monitor and Evaluate Quality of Care: Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure that our nursing staff is providing high-quality care that meets the standards of our facility.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments, including administration, therapy, and activities, to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care.

Requirements:
