Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in program coordination with a preference for experience in government or military sectors. This role requires a skilled professional with strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and exceptional communication skills to drive programmatic success and stakeholder engagement.

  • Program Planning and Execution

Coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives to ensure successful implementation and stakeholder satisfaction.

Training and Development

Facilitate and deliver training sessions and workshops to diverse audiences, ensuring engagement and knowledge transfer, and develop program materials, including presentations, reports, and documentation.

Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management

Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand program requirements and objectives, develop and maintain relationships with program partners, vendors, and participants, and monitor and report on program progress.

Program Management and Administration

Manage program schedules, timelines, and resources, and assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of program staff or volunteers as needed.

Business Development and Strategy

Contribute to the overall strategy and vision of the programs, offering innovative ideas for enhancement and growth, and support the development of program materials and deliverables.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with a combination of experience and education considered.
  • Proven skills in presenting and facilitating a wide variety of training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to motivate, communicate effectively, and instruct others on facilitation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% on average, as required.
Education and Experience

A Bachelor's degree in Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Performance, Human Development, or a related area is preferred.
