Role Summary:
The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and executing projects of various complexities within the organization. This role requires collaboration with business partners to ensure projects are delivered successfully and meet established objectives.
Key Duties:
- Directs multiple projects from initiation to completion; facilitates planning sessions with stakeholders to define project scope and goals; collaborates with business partners to set performance benchmarks; crafts project plans, timelines, and identifies key milestones while monitoring progress against established goals.
- Identifies and addresses project challenges in collaboration with team members.
- Communicates project status effectively to all relevant parties.
- Oversees project budgets, conducts necessary research, and analyzes data to inform project planning.
- Assesses project risks using quality management tools; collaborates with team members to explore alternative solutions.
- Documents and disseminates team insights to enhance project outcomes; leverages past project experiences to improve future initiatives.
- Keeps comprehensive records of project notes, databases, and communications; regularly updates stakeholders on project status.
- Allocates appropriate resources for project tasks; mentors team members throughout project phases and provides constructive feedback.
