Key Responsibilities
  • Addressing client inquiries through various communication channels
  • Managing policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations
  • Evaluating policy coverage and ensuring clients are informed about their insurance choices
  • Providing estimates and supporting policy sales

Qualifications
  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid state insurance license (Property & Casualty or Life & Health)
  • Prior experience in a customer service capacity is advantageous
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precision
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
