Job Title: Schools - Behavior Specialist

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with students to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapy and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement behavior intervention plans and strategies as developed by the BCBA.
  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with a student (1:1).
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior.
  • Provide feedback and progress updates to BCBAs and families.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Active RBT certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disorders is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work in various settings and adapt to changing needs.
