We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the fire safety industry by managing a high-performing sales team and developing strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in sales management, a background in the fire safety sector, and excellent leadership skills. You will create sales strategies, oversee day-to-day operations, and coach team members to achieve their sales targets.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This compensation package also includes comprehensive benefits, including competitive paid vacation time, 401K matching, and medical, dental, and vision care.

Job Responsibilities- Create sales strategies to drive business growth in the fire safety industry.
- Manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop strong customer relationships through coaching and mentoring.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with other area and nationally based sales leaders to achieve company objectives.
- College degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- Five or more years of experience in the fire safety industry.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including 3 years of field sales management experience in a business-to-business environment.
