Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Fire Sales Director to lead our fire sales team in achieving bookings growth, expanding customer relationships, and growing new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume sales activities, ensuring meeting or exceeding customer and sales goal expectations
- Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and implement pricing strategies to grow new business and maintain existing business
- Contribute to marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies
- Ensure the sales force receives coaching and training on products, marketing campaigns, and sales techniques
- Build, hire, develop, and align a hard-working team focused on customer networking and collaboration
Requirements:
- College degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Five or more years of experience in the Fire Safety industry
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including 3 years of field sales management experience
- Demonstrated skills in managing high volume sales teams and leading teams through transitions
- Excellent communication and team building skills
Benefits:
