Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Fire Sales Director to lead our fire sales team in achieving bookings growth, expanding customer relationships, and growing new business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage high-volume sales activities, ensuring meeting or exceeding customer and sales goal expectations
  2. Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and implement pricing strategies to grow new business and maintain existing business
  3. Contribute to marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution strategies
  4. Ensure the sales force receives coaching and training on products, marketing campaigns, and sales techniques
  5. Build, hire, develop, and align a hard-working team focused on customer networking and collaboration

Requirements:

  • College degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of experience in the Fire Safety industry
  • Minimum of 5 years sales experience, including 3 years of field sales management experience
  • Demonstrated skills in managing high volume sales teams and leading teams through transitions
  • Excellent communication and team building skills

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.
