Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, including building services, security, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate facilities planning and coordination, including building services and building engineering.
  • Oversee security, drivers, building operations, equipment setup/maintenance/repair, and warehousing operations.
  • Supervise and guide team members to ensure the completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve facilities operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of facilities services.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in facilities operations or a related field.
  • Proven knowledge of basic custodial procedures and ability to complete assigned tasks within work time.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
