About the Role:

Aegis Therapies is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of rehabilitation services in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of therapists in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs to meet the needs of our patients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Rehab

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a therapy program (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, SLP)
  • Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist in the state of practice
