Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role:
The University of Michigan is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process for senior leadership positions and other high-profile openings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruiting strategies with the University's goals
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on hiring best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition
- Minimum of 2 years management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
