Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Randstad. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and requests, including product selection, sample and catalog requests, and order status.
  • Handle requests for domestic and international customers.
  • Work closely with our sales team to provide product information and promotional opportunities to customers.
  • Assist in organizing freight requirements for international shipments.
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email using proper phone and email etiquette.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM software.
