Responsabilidades Principales:
  • Realiza mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de alta complejidad en equipos mecánicos y eléctricos, así como sistemas complejos, según las necesidades del puesto. Proporciona soporte técnico en línea y en producción, según sea necesario.
  • Programa, analiza y resuelve problemas en sistemas de control complejos, incluyendo software y hardware.
  • Utiliza tecnologías predictivas para analizar y diagnosticar problemas en equipos, y realiza mantenimiento proactivo.
  • Lidera y participa en actividades de mejora continua, utilizando herramientas y metodologías de CI.
  • Identifica y adquiere partes, suministros y reparaciones necesarias. Sugiere alternativas y soluciones ingenieriles para mejorar la confiabilidad.
  • Realiza mantenimiento independiente según estándares de la industria.
  • Cumple con los estándares de 5S y limpieza.
  • Podría ser necesario configurar y operar múltiples operaciones de mecanizado, incluyendo tornos, prensas de taladro, griferas y herramientas de metalurgia para hacer y reparar piezas. Puede realizar tareas de soldadura.
  • Investiga y estudia métodos, herramientas y innovaciones técnicas y de sistemas que pueden implementarse en sitios ATS para mejorar las prácticas de mantenimiento y actualiza la documentación.
  • Prepara información para análisis de costos de nuevos equipos, propuestas de reparación/reconstrucción, ahorros de costos e innovaciones, según sea necesario.
  • Actualiza registros y revisa la historia del CMMS y analiza los datos.
  • Proporciona contenido técnico para citaciones de ventas y realiza tareas de T&M, según sea necesario.
  • Entrena y guía a técnicos menos experimentados. Asume responsabilidades de gerente de proyectos, según sea asignado.
  • Completa y conduce programas de capacitación en el lugar de trabajo y de autoestudio técnico para el desarrollo de carrera.
  • Seguimiento a todas las políticas, reglas, regulaciones, instrucciones técnicas y directrices de seguridad.
Conocimientos, Habilidades, Competencias y Comportamientos Requeridos:
  • Graduado de escuela secundaria o equivalente (GED).
  • Asociado con enfoque técnico y 7 años de experiencia relacionada en la industria específica; o, 10 años de experiencia en la industria específica.
  • Competencia en tecnologías predictivas, incluyendo análisis de vibraciones o operaciones de interferómetro láser, alineaciones precisas y mantenimiento de equipo de proceso aplicable.
  • Entiende sistemas eléctricos, mecánicos, de fluidos y de control. Puede analizar el problema, sintetizar soluciones alternativas y realizar reparaciones.
  • Debe poder usar herramientas manuales y herramientas especializadas según sea necesario.
  • Podría ser necesario viajar.
  • Experiencia en Six Sigma deseada.
Demanda Física y Condiciones de Trabajo:

El trabajo se realiza típicamente en un entorno de fábrica y es muy ruidoso.
