Job Description

Nokia is seeking a skilled Commercial Contract Manager to play a critical role in building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, driving commercial success, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive commercial success and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Commercial Advice: Provide commercial advice on deal structuring and negotiation tactics to ensure optimal outcomes for Nokia.
  • Contract Management: Develop and manage contract documents, ensuring alignment with applicable Nokia policies and mitigation of identified risks.
  • Negotiation Leadership: Lead complex negotiations on agreements for Nokia's entire product and services portfolio, ensuring compliance with company practices and processes.
  • Contractual Guidance: Provide guidance and assistance on contractual clause interpretation and obligations, referencing Group Legal when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 6 years of experience in a technology company, with a background in contract management or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Contract Management Experience: Proven experience as a contract manager or similar role, with experience in negotiating and dealing with customers and management at all levels.
  • Contractual Knowledge: Substantial knowledge of contractual and business law.
  • CLM Experience: Experience working with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, preferably Apttus or Conga.
  • Techno-Commercial Knowledge: Understanding of techno-commercial contract terms and conditions, including their meaning and associated risks.
  • Operational and Financial Awareness: Good appreciation of operational and financial issues, including revenue recognition.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Creative and innovative mindset to spot opportunities and synergies.
  • Independence and Collaboration: Ability to work independently and know when to leverage the expertise of others.
  • Global Company Experience: Familiarity with large, multi-national company policies, processes, and tools.
  • Global Transactions: Experience working with Fortune 500 customer bases and global transactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • IACCM Certification: IACCM certification or equivalent.
  • University Degree: University degree in Business/Law (or similar/equivalent).
