We're looking for a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Front Desk Associate. As part of our dynamic team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to our company's continued success.
Responsibilities- Manage client interactions, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Schedule appointments, communicate with clients, and maintain accurate records
- Address client concerns, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction
- Communicate vital client information to our Hearing Care Professionals
- Collect payments, update databases, and maintain organized office records
- Inform clients about hearing care accessories and promote our services
- Welcome walk-in clients, manage their needs, and provide outstanding support
- Promote office initiatives, participate in marketing campaigns, and engage with our community
