The Opportunity

This is a unique chance to make a lasting impact on our organization's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive systemic change, develop strategies that align with global regulatory frameworks, and ensure compliance with anti-discrimination laws.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive DEI advisory strategies that integrate into key HR policies and practices.
  • Navigate and adhere to global DEI regulatory frameworks, focusing on key mandates and anti-discrimination laws.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on DEI standards, policies, and initiatives to employees and leadership.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of our operations.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on DEI matters, staying up-to-date on current trends, research, and standards.
  • Create and implement processes to measure and track progress against our DEI aspirational goals.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure alignment of DEI compliance efforts with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver reports on DEI initiatives, progress, and compliance to executive leadership and regulatory authorities.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • 12+ years of experience in HR and/or DEI, with a focus on strategy development, implementation, and management.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR and/or DEI initiatives in a corporate setting, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Proven expertise in navigating and aligning with global DEI regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, engage, and influence team members.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving results and achieving objectives.
  • Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $142,500 -- $289,900 annually, based on location and market conditions. Additionally, our total compensation package includes opportunities for professional growth, flexible work arrangements, and a comprehensive benefits program.
