Clinical Systems Coordinator Senior

Job Summary:

The Clinical Systems Coordinator Senior is a key member of the UKHC IT Informatics team, responsible for implementing and supporting integrated Clinical Information Systems. This role involves executing assigned project tasks for departmental and IT Governance-approved projects, ensuring timely achievement of project milestones. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of clinical systems, healthcare informatics, and data management, with excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and support integrated Clinical Information Systems
  • Execute assigned project tasks for departmental and IT Governance-approved projects
  • Recommend business design strategies to support enterprise standards, goals, and mission
  • Evaluate workflow, business requirements, training needs, data integrity, and overall system troubleshooting
  • Analyze both qualitative and quantitative ROI and financial impact of systems implementation and optimization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least three years' experience in healthcare clinical care, external measures, quality, and safety
  • Registered nurse preferred
  • Strong knowledge of clinical systems, healthcare informatics, and data management
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
