Membership Ambassador

At Desoto Athletic Club, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Membership Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building meaningful relationships with members, and promoting our fitness services.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to members and prospective members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
• Build strong relationships with members, understanding their fitness needs and goals, and providing personalized support and guidance.
• Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our fitness services, promoting membership sales and retention.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay up-to-date with club promotions, services, and events, and communicate these to members and prospective members.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
• Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use our club's software systems.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
