Sales Director

Imerys is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial activities in the USA, Canada, and Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and leading the commercial activities, coordinating technical support, and driving business and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the commercial activities
- Coordinate the technical support activity
- Drive business and market development
- Participate in the development of the commercial strategy
- Understand market dynamics and stakeholders
- Act as an ambassador for the company externally
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business related field
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience
- Previous experience with Key Account Management a strong plus
- Proven track record in sales and account management
- Building market knowledge is a plus
- Business acumen and technical appetite
- Customer-oriented with strong relationships skills
- Ability to work with various stakeholders
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
