Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail banking team and drive business growth in our market. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase sales, improve client satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of retail banking professionals to achieve sales and service goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Monitor and analyze sales and service performance metrics to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive business growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of retail banking experience, including 3+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of driving sales and service growth and improving client satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
