Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to lead our men's health services team at Triple Play Men's Health Inc. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for developing personalized treatment strategies, including testosterone therapy and erectile dysfunction treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of comprehensive wellness plans that incorporate weight management, vitamin therapy, and a well-rounded approach to patient health.
  • Oversee lab operations and ensure adherence to all legal and professional standards.
  • Amplify our reach through community engagement and social media participation, helping build brand awareness and patient connections.

Requirements:

  • Certified NP or PA with 1-3 years experience (ideally in men's health/weight loss/anti-aging).
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with patients, comfortable with sales skills and ability to recommend the appropriate treatment and package options.
  • Passionate about men's health, especially Testosterone and ED treatments.
  • Proven leadership experience (a plus).
  • Clean record with no malpractice lawsuits.
  • Valid Virginia state license, Virginia DEA license.
