Position Summary:

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an associate-level candidate to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team. The Creative Content Associate position is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about content creation, social media, and the fashion industry. This role will support the Creative Team in managing content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Develop and oversee the social media calendar, ensuring alignment with significant dates and upcoming initiatives.
  • Schedule posts across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
  • Collaborate with the Creative team to ensure effective execution of social media content and campaigns.
  • Create visually appealing feed posts for Instagram and collaborate with the Graphic Designer on engaging story content.
  • Generate monthly Social Media Reports to track metrics, highlight successes, and identify future opportunities.
  • Engage with the community by responding to comments and DMs, and reposting relevant influencer and consumer content.
  • Develop and implement influencer seeding and gifting strategies, aligning with marketing goals focused on brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring creative deadlines are met and brand messaging is consistent.
  • Utilize the Grin Platform to track influencer outreach, progress, and deliverables.
  • Analyze data from social campaigns to identify organic content suitable for paid media.
  • Conduct research on influencers and social media trends.

Public Relations

  • Oversee relevant contracts and negotiations.
  • Assist in organizing and managing special events.

Photo Shoot Coordination

  • Attend photoshoots and events as required.
  • Coordinate with the design team for sample requests needed prior to shoots.
  • Schedule and manage monthly ghost shoots with external studios.
  • Prepare and manage production budgets, approving invoices from vendors.
  • Assist in the organization of casting and model bookings.
  • Compile and distribute call sheets for photo and video shoots.
  • Research and identify new talent for potential collaborations.

Creative Content Team Support

  • Provide overall marketing support and conduct relevant research.
  • Assist in creating collections based on content strategies.
  • Maintain user-generated content features on the homepage.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Google Docs, with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and video editing considered a plus.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and relevant social media tools.
