Aquent Studios is seeking a highly skilled Employee Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Support communications team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans that drive employee engagement and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with Employee Success leaders to develop and execute communications strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Content Creation: Develop and execute engaging and memorable cross-channel communications that raise awareness of key initiatives and inspire employees to take action.
  • Brand Consistency: Collaborate with the broader communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all employee communications.
  • Employee Engagement: Collaborate closely with Employee Success teams, including Learning and Development, Talent Management, Employee Listening, Benefits, and Compensation to develop and execute communications that drive employee engagement and support business objectives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communications and apply key learnings to continuously improve future communications, content, and engagement strategies.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years working with an internal communications team or employee engagement.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, strong strategic thinking, ability to execute tactically, and a passion for fostering a positive and supportive work culture.
  • Location: Pacific or Mountain Time zone required.
