Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet customer needs through a range of mortgage products and services.
  • Use judgment and discretion to ensure seamless business flow, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, acting as a liaison between departments to ensure cohesive business operations.
  • Utilize office equipment, such as computer terminals, copiers, and FAX machines, to perform daily tasks.
  • Work extensively outside of the office, meeting with customers and potential clients to discuss residential mortgage financing options.
Requirements:
  • Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans.
  • Discuss and advise clients on their home loan options.
  • Review residential loan application files to ensure completeness and adherence to establishment standards.
  • Inform supervisors of discrepancies in title or survey.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Hold a current, valid NMLS license or appointment in good standing.
Qualifications:
  • Meet applicable state licensing requirements.
  • Possess two to five years of experience in the mortgage industry.
  • Meet one of the following options: actively fund more than two loans per month, complete Xinnix Training for Loan Origination, or have an Origination mentor assigned by the branch who funds more than two loans per month.
Skills:
  • Ability to make sound judgments on service, credit decisions, funding, and post-close issues.
  • Problem-solving skills, exercising independent judgment while displaying initiative.
  • Ability to handle detailed assignments and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize workload and delegate responsibility.
Compensation:

Minimum: $150,000.00 per year

Maximum: $750,000.00 per year
