Key Qualifications
- Preferred bilingual skills.
- No prior kitchen management experience is necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
- At least 1 year of management experience is preferred.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences consistently.
- A servant leadership mindset with a readiness to learn, grow, and mentor others.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word and Excel.
- Completion of a 10-year criminal background check.
Core Responsibilities
- Maintain positive guest interactions across all service areas, addressing complaints promptly to ensure customer loyalty.
- Manage staffing levels by forecasting business activity and meeting labor cost targets.
- Oversee all financial and personnel-related administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Implement and uphold sanitary standards for food handling and the cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and develop staff while fostering open communication.
- Create a positive, safe, and enjoyable work atmosphere for all team members.
- Perform additional duties as required.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Availability to work on holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings as needed.
