Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development

The Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development at Rutland Regional Medical Center is a key leader responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies that support the organization's mission and goals. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement human resources strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals
* Provide leadership and direction to the Human Resources and Service Excellence functions
* Collaborate with departmental leadership to ensure optimal relationships and lines of communication
* Develop and implement policies and programs to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
* Provide expert advice on labor issues and render consultative advice on HR matters
Requirements
* Master's degree in business administration, human resources management, or related field
* 10 years of healthcare human resource management experience, including 5 years at a Director level
* Professional certifications preferred

* Excellent organizational skills, written and oral communication, and customer service skills
* High degree of emotional intelligence
* Expert level knowledge of human resources operations
Pay Range
$104,000 - $166,000
