The Human Resources Assistant will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions at Rutland Regional Medical Center, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, HRIS, reward & recognition, organizational development, and leave administration. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Provide administrative support for HR-related tasks, such as benefits administration, time-off management, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain HR-related documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in an HR support or similar role.
  • Prior customer services experience.

  • Accurate and comprehensive attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS experience preferred.
