Custom Application Specialist

The Custom Application Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality dry fertilizer application services to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of agronomy principles and the ability to operate complex equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Apply dry fertilizers to customer fields using specialized equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on application equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Drive company vehicles and transport equipment as needed
- Assist with general operations at the location, including seed and chemical handling
- Participate in continuing education to maintain pesticide applicator license
- Attend equipment workshops and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience operating large equipment and a strong understanding of agronomy principles
- CDL and pesticide license required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment with exposure to varying weather conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
