Leasing Agent

Full-time Description Commercial and Residential Management Group is seeking a highly skilled Leasing Agent to join their team. This role involves managing all aspects of apartment leasing, including answering phone calls, greeting and assisting residents, touring prospects, maintaining curb appeal, marketing units, and preparing leases and other documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of apartment leasing, including phone calls, resident interactions, and prospect tours.
• Maintain curb appeal and market units to attract new residents.
• Prepare leases and other documents accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements

• One year of previous customer service experience required.
• One year of previous property management, sales, or leasing agent experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS365, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to drive a golf cart.
• Strong organizational skills, motivation, and high energy.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
• Possess current and valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and clean driving record.
• High School degree or equivalent.
