Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work proactively to resolve customer issues.
  • Knowledge of financial services products, including life, health, and property and casualty insurance.
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Property and Casualty license, with the ability to obtain Life and Health licenses.
  • Availability to work a standard Monday-Friday schedule, with occasional Saturday hours.
