Job Title: Program Manager - Family Services

At Center for Family Life in Sunset Park Inc, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Program Manager - Family Services to join our team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families in need.

About Us:
We are a neighborhood-based social service agency dedicated to providing comprehensive services to children and adults while contributing to community building. Our services include case management, family counseling, adult and youth employment services, emergency food, and extensive social, educational, and recreational programming at various local schools.

Responsibilities:
This Program Manager - Family Services will be responsible for conducting intake interviews, facilitating Orientation and workshops, collaborating with families to develop Comprehensive Needs Assessments and Family Services Plans, connecting family members to services, and maintaining timely case records and documentation requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and a passion for working with diverse populations.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or a related field, counseling credentials, and relevant case management experience working with families in low-income urban communities. A fully bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. Salary: $21 per hour, 21 hours per week, with the possibility of becoming full-time up to 35 hours per week.
