The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,400.00 - $64,931.36, with opportunities for advancement based on performance.
Job Description
This Program Supervisor will be responsible for providing day-to-day oversight and coordinating activities related to HIV care and prevention services, including HIV testing linkage to care and PrEP/PEP services throughout the network. They will also oversee HIV-related grants, manage grant-related record-keeping, and report on programmatic and fiscal aspects of these initiatives. The successful candidate will supervise Prevention Navigators, collaborate with program leadership to develop and implement new programs, and serve as a resource and point of contact for staff seeking information or guidance related to HIV prevention and related topics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in HIV prevention/care and supervisory experience. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and computer skills, are essential. A Master's Degree and experience working with culturally diverse communities, including LGBT individuals, are preferred. Bilingualism in Spanish is also a plus.
