Clinical Program Manager Job Description

The Clinical Program Manager will play a vital role in the success of our newest clinical program, The Bravest Children. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this position requires strong leadership and program development skills. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can help us achieve our mission of promoting the well-being of children under 18.

Compensation Package: Estimated salary range of $46-53 per hour

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee group and individual counseling services for children under 18.
  • Develop and implement program strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with senior clinical staff and the COO to develop curriculum and programmatic activities.


Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a mental health counselor or social worker in the state of New York.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapy.
