Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise a multidisciplinary team of social workers, case managers, and client care coordinators - Implement new program designs to enhance service delivery - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with OTDA and DHS regulations - Establish partnerships with community agencies to maximize onsite care coordination - Provide coaching and training to enhance staff clinical case management skills

Qualifications:
• Current NYS LCSW or LMHC license and 3+ years of supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques
