Job Summary:

As the Director of Property Management at HOATalent, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, retention, and infrastructure enhancement in the property management business. You will collaborate with multiple company divisions to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery. Your leadership skills will be essential in managing a team of community managers and indirectly overseeing a large team of professionals and third-party contractors. You will contribute to the company's overall strategy as part of the Executive Team, focusing on recruitment, business development, system improvements, and brand strengthening. Your vision and leadership will be crucial in formulating business architecture and driving growth, retention, and investment returns. You will implement operational strategies, manage day-to-day association management, and ensure projects meet time, budget, and quality standards. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison with third-party vendors, developing and maintaining effective processes and solutions for business needs. Your expertise in financial practices will be essential in innovating expense recovery and efficient resource use. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for property management business growth, retention, and infrastructure enhancement.
  • Collaborate with multiple company divisions to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
  • Lead a team of community managers and indirectly manage a large team of professionals and third-party contractors.
  • Contribute to the company's overall strategy as part of the Executive Team.
  • Formulate business architecture and drive growth, retention, and investment returns.
  • Implement operational strategies and manage day-to-day association management.
  • Serve as a liaison with third-party vendors.
  • Innovate financial practices for expense recovery and efficient resource use.
Requirements:

  • 10+ years of diverse business experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles focusing on strategic planning, operations, and business development.
  • Extensive knowledge of business operations, financial management, and the Real Estate/Property Management industry.
  • Strong visionary, communication, and analytical skills with proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and develop effective business strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in a distributed work environment, client management, and vendor relationship development.
